where can i find art supplies? just basic drawing paper, soft pencils and artist eraser. maybe even charcoal.

Bras Basah Complex ~ There are a few art shops here. The building is just beside Cashin Street.

Hi, I go to Creative Hands in Ngee Ann City #04-20c. If you spend a lot on supplies ask them about their discount card. Have fun.
