Singapore Expats

Hiya,

Bought heaps of electronic goodies back in the 80s in People's Park (virtually left my credit card there!).

About 4 yrs ago did a day's stopover in Spore checked it out and
found it to have almost closed down but friends said it has made
a come back.

Out of interest, is it still the place to buy electronic stuff. I have read
other threads and know there are a lot more places to shop now but where does this place stand in terms of shopping elec??

try sim lim square... or carrefour suntec... anyway pls ask the prices of the items from all shops before making a quick buy... pple tend to lie about promotions and stuffs

I already know the other centres mentioned but was just curious if Peoples Park is still popular esp. w/t the locals.

pple's park is no longer a electronic goodies place with the locals.... maybe there's a few shops selling electronics.... but it ain't wat it used to be....
