Singapore Expats

Hi guys I'm looking for a good hairdressing place in Singapore that doesn't charge the earth. ,my hair is opposite to the locals ....blonde and curly, most salons don't know what to do with me and that's just in England haha! Any recommendations?!? Thanks,

There is a lady called Katherine Moss (Kat) she works at o'color Hair Salon around Joo Chiat, also, another lady there called Jackie, who is supposed to be very good.

Kat does my wife's hair and she loves it, Jackie is well known to be good.

Also heard about Katherine Moss on the Expat Wives FB group. Everyone keeps recommending her but I don't know how much she charges.
