Why should you NOT call the agent who posted the advertisement?
Have you ever tried calling property advertisements posted by agents? These agents who are advertising are representing the landlords / sellers and they are bound by the regulations of the Council of Estate Agent (CEA) to protect the interest of landlords / sellers.
