I moved here about 2 weeks ago from London. Not quite sure how this forum works, but if there are any social expats out there who would be down for drinks let me know

You'll get a million pm's from a certain racial group of ever hopefuls. Wade through them. Join groups that do things that interest you. From there make friends and things will widen up. Say yes to everything once (except the afore mentioned ever hopefuls). Subscribe to Timeout/Coconuts and other news groups that send out emails about events that might interest you. Join a professional group as well.

Wow that's how it works here... Where could I find the professional group in the forum? I've been digging since yesterday but still doesn't sure how everything is organized here. Thank you!

Outside of the forum. Google your profession in Singapore, most professions or allied professions have groups here that meet.
