Can only afford 1750/child but want mixed attendees, what are my choices?

Hello, we're looking for preschoold for our twin boys (3, turning 4 late september), but we are budget-conscious. I want to limit the spend to 4k all-in, which probably means that the tuition fees themselves should be around 1750/child. We want to enroll for a full day. I saw a few schols within this range, but most of them have only local kids, and we are looking for a mixed environment, preferably with other europeans. We saw one school where there were no lcoal kids at all, and that is not what we want either (it was also really out of range budget-wise).
We are in a spot where we did not find a place to rent yet, so we are tackling both at the same time, and I would appreciate suggestions on which area to look at, to find schools that would have mixed attendees and would be within the budget.

Thereafter, compare the rates and visit the schools. I would suggest stay near the school of choice.

I would think only local preschools would have a mix of local children.
You might like to decide on your place to live first then the preschool. Rents are generally vary more in different locations whereas for schools, you can still find one within your price range.

Exactly. Most important is to settle housing first, there are schools everywhere.

I send my daughter to Josiah Montessori. Was 2k for infant and 1.8k now since she is older than 18months.
I would say it’s more local with local staff but there are kids from diverse background. They have many branches in Sg.
We chose it mainly bcus of distance. It def is not like the more expensive
International School which cost 3k or so. But overall, given the well established name and closeness , we like it.
We liked one which was 3k in raffles but was too far to do daily commute. We r happy with the choice.
In future , we may want to move her elsewhere if needed.

Out of curiosity, are they any private transport options for preschoolers today? Didn't have them back when my daughter was in preschool.
