we're new in town and just unpacked our stuffs from Hong Kong.
We're interested to meet more like-minded couples / parents (same age kid ideally, but that's just a plus).

Welcome to the island. There are a lot of French and Japanese expat circles you can engage with; both groups are friendly, but in different ways.

Personally, I’ve found it easier to connect with Japanese — the ones in Singapore tend to be more open-minded and curious… whereas the French tend to stick with what they know.
