Any idea where majority of these kids go.
Kindergarten consist not only singapore's citizen, but PR's and international. I am looking for such a school for my girl who will be turning 4 next year, as I believe studying in such environment help built-up a healthier child, both mind and soul. So, where can I find them?

I think from your message that you are looking for a kindergarten perhaps affiliated with an
International School, but govt recognised (for subsidies), right?
Jalan Kayu is associated with Chatsworth.
The Learning Ladder is affiliated with the Canadian school.
Eton house is open to local and international kids too, and has a very good reputation.
Lorna Whiston is supposed to be very good. I guess it depends on your priorities and where you live (even if they have buses, will your daughter be happy on a bus for a long time?)
More and more expat parents are putting their little kids into local kindergartens so they can mix with local and expat kids (myself included). I ended up choosing a pre-school for my kids that (upon enrolment) had only a couple of expat kids. Six months later there is a wonderful mix of local and expat kids of Asian and Europeans backgrounds. Plus a couple of little Kiwi's

I send my daughter to Victoria Place for Children on Trevose Cresent. We are very happy. I work part time so they give me gov subsidy.
