Singapore Expats

Hi All
Anyone have any information on short term lease.
We are relocating for an initial 18 month contract to Singapore with my wife’s employer from UK.
We would like to be in easy access to Science Park 2 and Tanglin School, for 4 year old (going on 16) daughter.
We would like to arrange a short (4week) lease in district 5 or 10 so that we can check out areas and property for the rest of our stay.
What sort of price would we be looking at for a minimum 3 bedroom accommodation?
Also I am an experienced Theatre (O.R) Nurse so would like to hear from any expats that are nursing in Singapore.
Any information greatly accepted.

Check out Redwood West Serviced Apartments in district 5 for Short Term Accommodation. Not sure of their rates but they do have 3 bedroom. Location good, close to public transport, supermarket, Science Park, Hospital and Tanglin School.
