Learning Support - international schools 2009

Do you know of any International Schools (ELementary/Junior) that admit new pupils who are currently in learning support at their current school? Tanglin, UWC and SAS are not accepting any pupils of this category. We are interested in SJI - can anyone advise if they offer any learning support to new pupils from Aug 2009 onwards? Thanks in advance
