I have just recently moved to Singapore and would like to know if there are any academic tutoring agencies which work with students at IB and IGCSE?

Thanks for your help.

There might be, but obviously this is the first time you've ever been on a forum, correct? Otherwise, you would know that using boldface type is extremely rude and generally, like all caps, indicates shouting or anger. Surely you don't want us to think that, do you?

aaand for the record sundaymorningstaple -the person is clearly not shouting so there is no need to be rude! one actually spells IGCSE and IB with capital letters...

lainy,

As per normal, you are showing everybody just how clueless you really are.....

The OP's orginal post was entirely in bold face and if you actually read my post for content you would have notice that is exactly what I said. Some people's children......

At least the OP had more sense than you apparently have, as he removed the boldface and apologized. I obviously don't expect the same from you...... :-|

These are more prep for IELTS and college entrance exams. I am looking for academic tutors at IB and IGCSE preferably one to one.

they actually do that too! I know they are linked with few International Schools as well as university. they have very good people tutoring in maths, physics, chemistry, biology and english - and they do offer one on one tutoring in any of those subjects. i suppose if you are looking for some other subject then i am not sure if they could help you with. the best thing to do is to give them a call and maybe they could recommend somebody else if they can't help you??

doesn't cost anything to try...

they are based at High Street Plaza on the 14th floor.

for the record... as sms mentioned on the second post, the OP was in bold and not CAPS. i too saw it when it was bold but the OP has changed it.

i am sure that did happen - but still there is no need to insult on the forum.
the forum is for people who genuinly need help.

clearly i haven't seen the previous post - so is that enough to call me clueless?? surely he could have just said that it was referring to the msg that was there before and now been deleted without insulting me - and saying "yet again"??

geee guys.... chill out

It wasn't an insult, it was a description of your posts. You didn't take the time to read the thread carefully, jumped to conclusions and made a rash statement about my post. I stand by my post. Pretty clueless from my POV. And, as this is a forum, I'm entitled to voice my opinion just as you are. Especially when the dialog was between me and the OP and we understood each other.

You sent me a PM demanding an apology and you are ranting here as well. I was going to leave it there but then logging in, seeing your post here as well.... if you want to air dirty laundry, and continue it here, so be it. :-|

sms - are you capable of being polite?
as i said before - unless you are providing help to people on forum, don;t answer to their posts!

there was no need what so ever to insult me.
