Text Books and Curriculum for local schools

I know that my daughter is just 2.5 but the debate between International Schools and local schools seems predominant in our family and with friends. To educate myself better, I am hoping to take a look at the curriculum and text books offered at local schools. I am specifically interested in looking at the English and Tamil (which I hear is very hard) textbooks
Is there a place/bookstore I can buy them? Do local libraries carry them? It would be easier and cheaper to get them off the library.
Thanks

You can have a look at them at any Popular bookstore. All Popular stores carry textbooks. You might want to look at the authors and see if any have written or advised on kindergarten or preschool texts--and get those for your little person.

I honestly never thought about the Library. It's worth asking at their service desk to be sure.

Thank you! I checked out Popular bookstore online and it seems great. It would be the perfect place to start. I am also going to try the local library.

Thanks again

We have bought entire set of Primary 1 books including Chinese Mother Tongue books. As we're leaving SG, they are not of much use anymore.

Please PM me if you're interested in taking a look.
