Hi Everyone!

I was just wondering whether any of you expats living in the East Coast could give me a run-down on the most popular condos in the area.

I'm particularly interested in Tanjong Rhu/Meyer Road/Fort Rd or any place that's close to the Canadian International School on Tanjong Katong Rd.

I am a local who is familiar with the Tanjong Katong area. Please check if the Canadian International School is still located at Tanjong Katong Road? They might have moved.

1. Try Cote d'Azur, beautiful condo located close to Parkway Parade Shopping Centre (abt 3 bus stops away from the Canadian International School at Tanjong Katong Road)

2. Chelsea Lodge, which is just on Tanjong Katong Road. Almost opposite to The Canadian International School.

3. Sea View Condo, very new condo, located between Tanjong Katong Road and Parkway Parade. It's about 2 bus stops away from the Canadian International School.

4. Dunman View, along Haig Road, which is adjacent or parallel to Tanjong Katong Road and is within walking distance to Tanjong Katong Road and the Canadian International School.

5. Butterworth 8, which is along Tanjong Katong Road and is right next to Dunman View.

All The Best! Please take note that The Canadian International School Might Have Moved, Please Give Them A Call To Check If Your Main Purpose Is To Live Close To It.

Are you still looking for one?
Try FORTVILLE. Its at 19 Fort Road.
It got full condo facilities and amenities but rental price is not as steep as the others.

You may call there office at 6345-2877 (if i remembered it right)
