Singapore Expats

We are currently relocating to Singapore and are looking for a a Serviced Apartment or short term apartment to rent for 1-2 months until we find the right property/area to rent longer term. We would like to be convenient to the Canadian International School area on the East coast, but I cannot find any Service Apartments in that area.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I recall some Service Apartments on Joo Chiat road. I forget their name, but the word "Lotus" was in it. That wouldn't be too far from the Canadian school.
