need help on a question.

When is it safe to conduct facial after a rhinoplasty+tipolasty surgery?

Im emphasizing on the point where by they have to squeeze/drag out blackheads/clogged pimples on the nose. The pressure is intensive.

This is one of my eyelids done at the PS in Taiwan 4 yrs ago... see the crease cannot meet... sign... Definately need to redo again. Ok so in Taiwan who has a recommended surgeon who can revise blepharoplasty?

Is silicon considered durable/safe for a chin implant?

In years to come will it shift or have any risks?
