its depends on the market dude... previously i was sign 2 years contract w/ owner by giving out 2 months deposit to owner, but he give us condition that its compulsory for us to stay @ their place up to 1 year. after 1 year ++, the rental market goes up so my owner ask us to pay more based on market...

dude.. my owner just give us "warning" that he will increase increase the rent initially from 1.9k to 2.5k (4+1 room) for tis year... i admit rite now, the rental exp very exp... ... lolz..

i just guessing that company might review on how long she has been working w/ them.... rather than simply give granted to staffs??.. it might based on her company policy bah... :S i just guess only

it same goes w/ me.. last year on 2009, i was applying my PR and it was rejected without "Reason". not even state when i can re-apply again.. its so exhausted... i dont even whats when wrong w/ my PR Application....
anyway until now i havnt re-apply again LOL~~...
