Thanks for the quick reply. So it seems like I would have to call CMPB and figure it out before I can denounce my Singapore Citizenship. How much is the fine? Do they negotiate to pay a fine instead of detention or whatever? I would rather pay the fine and then give up my SG citizenship and be over ...
