yes you're right about everything. i spoke to mindef. i'll be doing everything on tuesday.

oh and do i need to speak to both mindef and cmpb?

the course i'm taking is being taught in english. and i'm also taking part time lessons in japanese right now, and continueing when i'm there.

i have just called up mindef and asked. I will be allowed to apply for an exit permit to study in japan up to diploma or a-level equivalent. as long as my course starts next year.

but i'm taking o's this year, i was thinking if i failed maybe i could study there. if i passed i would definately study here.

then lets say i can come up with the 75k bond. am i allowed to study there? for at least 2 years?

hi, i'm 17, m, taking private o's this year. i was wondering if there is still any chance for me to go japan for studies? or maybe even migrate to japan?
