I wanted to know if its a good time to apply for PR? ie. immediately after GE. heard there is going tobe a CAP on
There are many threads on PR but nothing that shows success or failure matching my circumstances.

One of the questions that MOM website doesnt answer and I couldnt find in FAQs or forums was do I need to furnish my spouse (dependent's) educational certificates for processing her dependent visa?

Thanks guys for the info so you recommend to wait for 1 year and half more before to put an application. Heard there is some quota system for nationalities. Is that correct?
