Anyone know of a good hair salon that can cut caucasian hair properly? I've had several nightmare experiences. Help!

We went w/ Dr. Thompson thanks to this forum. I usually hate dentists but he put me at ease and I actually enjoyed chatting with him. He's a cool guy that's great at what he does. Even my kids loved him (now they play 'dentist' at home). Highly recommended.....
