Can also recommend 'Prego' at Raffles The Plaza, 2 Stamford Road. It's been a while since I was there but still has a reputation for good authentic and affordable Italian dishes.

I believe it is called "The Line", and I have eaten there a few times for work-related occasions. There is enough variety to suit most tastes, and you can eat as much as you like. Is it worth it? Depends on your budget and occasion. I think you're about right at 70 +++ Personally if it were my money...
