There are tons of private tutor for primary school just google it to check

You may want to check out shools that are near where you stay, it
will help to save you from driving all over the island if the school is far away.

My sister started bringing her child to school since the bb was 4mths old (which is call Infant Care) now she is already 5 yrs old in child care...and seems like a good choice for her...
Everyone here has their way of bringing up a child it really depends on your needs....

If you are not a PR , which means non - citizen -- your child will have to wait for all the S'poren & PR status to get their placement of school first there after is for Non Citizen...
