Any recs on how purchase a Singapore SIM card from overseas?

From what I can tell I need to be in the country....

Does anyone know of any provider/website where I can purchase a Singapore SIM card even though I am not in the country?

I am rather keen on the idea of raising my kids in Singapore. I understand that Asian schools are big on learning things parrot fashion and there is less emphasis on creative thinking.
