i am very confident of passing all SIA interview questions. HOwever, i had a criminal record of theft dating 2 years ago, it was resolved with a fine and no imprisonment. Do SIA do background checks on cabin crew? Also, do u think SIA will reject hopefuls with criminal record if i choose to declare....
