Thanks SMS. The old page was just so easy to navigate. I've been popping to Recruit.net and other sites. Thanks again for the answer! Still hunting for the right position down there!

What happened to the old Job Search?

I was just wondering what happened to the one powered by Recruit.net? It just seems like a typical "classified" system now when a search would return a lot of results in the old system. I'm just curious to know why the old system was removed?

Thanks!

I will definately look you up when in town! Still information collecting at this stage, but will hopefully make the move sometime in the next 6-12 months!

Looking forward to meeting you and lots of new people.

My 1969 MGB is right hand drive (bought in London and driven down to my current home in Italy). The MGB that I saw was down near UBC center (???) near Boat Quay (??), but I believe it was green or blue. It's nice to know there are other people who share the same interest there. Personally, I would b...

Thanks again for the info, I will check it out. Will be sad *sniff* to put the old girl in storage if I am lucky enough to relocate there. Can I ask you another brief question: I know you said you can not import anything older than 3 years, does this ring true also for classic automobiles? I know my...

Thanks for the simple - straight forward answer! It's a little disheartening as I was hoping to save a few $ here and there, but I guess you just kind of have to go with the flow right?

How is the pricing on new motorcycles in Singapore? Is it exponentially higher like those of automobiles?

Importing a Motorcycle

I'm hoping to relocate to Singapore within the next year and I'm not sure if I should try to import any of my current vehicles or purchase one if/when I finally relocate. Personally I would only want a vehicle for my family (2 young children and my wife), so I would probably look at a mono-volume or...

American "Not Yet" in SG looking for contacts &

Somewhat new to the forum, although I have been 'trolling' for a couple of months. I hope to become more active here in my quest to find employment and a home in Singapore! I'm currently employed with a US company but under contract and working in southern Italy with my wife and two kids. I feel the...

I am a system engineer and architect with more than 15 years of experience (from US). I'm finding it difficult to find any jobs at all in Singapore especially ones that offer an expat package. In my visits to Singapore, I notice that local talent is extremely good, so much so that 1-2 years experien...

Considering making the jump to Singapore

I'm currently an American employed by an American company in Italy. I am interested in finding work in Singapore and moving my family over as well. I will be job hunting spring/summer of 2011 so I still have some time to do research, but I would like to know if most of the jobs listed through this s...
