Yes only one director can be paid a director fees, while the other is not paid.

Yes what you have proposed in terms of a resolution with a range for Directors Fee is viable. In your case as Singapore citizens its only personal tax that comes due on this every April for the previous year.

There is no standard answer to this as banks are willing to tailor packages. please contact the banks with your intended transaction profile. Its still best to go the old fashioned way of meeting face to face if possible.
