Unfortunately it's impossible to give you an answer for that question - the EP takes as long as it takes, but once a decision is made you can usually obtain the IPA letter straight away online if I'm not mistaken or if you cannot access that and its being posted out - within 3-4 days. Mainly Linux (Redhat/CentOS/Fedora) but also very familiar with UNIX (Solaris).
