Mim Salary for EP is 3500 ( as per MOM ) but sometime 3K earner also gets EP ( exceptions) i guess you husband earns much higher than this stated figures. So check with MOM about possible upgrade to EP. I wonder if he ever tried for PR ?

i guess only an employer can sponser for you EP in singapore. You can't apply yourself. try to get a job first, most agencies sponsor EP
