Will u b driving in SG? If u are then u will learn that its not far to travel in SG.

With that budget, u can get a decent HDB home. Do note that rental is at all time high now even for HDB. Condo/ apartments are really expen$ive.

sorry to hear about your situation. i will always advise everyone going into rental to have a proper documentation, that is when a property agent comes in. yes, it will cost u but at least we won't have this problem. i suggest that your housemate get another place. A room rental perhaps, on his own?...

i suggest staying in a hotel. I'm sure the price is not as expensive as a service apartment. Hotels have a good package for long-term stay, check it out.

Looking for a house in Singapore is not much of a problem if u have a realistic budget.

sorry to hear that but you can't do anything about it till the 6mths is up...u can secure a buyer n lose money n do the transfer when the time is up...
