Rakyomin, its me again. :P From my experience, if you dont take a course for this test, the passing rate is very low. Even a native mandarin speaker might not be pass the exam. CGC sounds interesting ^^

Oh when will the next CGC be held? I am not a Hong Konger, can I join CGC event as well?? Although I can understand Cantonese, but my Cantonese is extremely broken, I have not been using it for a long long time, as long as 6 years... Regarding Chinese Proficiency Test

Is there any chance of taking the Chinese Proficiency test without taking the course? I guess the test will be needed if I have to work in China. ^^ Anyone has any idea of how to take the test in Singapore?
