I am now to apply LTSVP for my wife but, i stuck at the fin number section.

Am i need to fill in her previous work permit FIN number or just leave it blank?
Or is there a FIN number given to SVP holder? Can i get it by calling ICA?

How you fill in the column "date arrival/period of visa apply" in the e-Visa applying page? Definitely, as long as possible for the period.

I knew the SVP can be apply through internet (SAVE) with using SINGPASS account.

Question is:

Can I apply the SVP when i was ovesea (using China internet)?
Just wonder the SINGPASS account works at oversea or not.
