I have a question. In case my pass has been rejected again then should my employer submit appeal 1 more time? I heard from my friends that we could book appointment with a duty officer and talk directly to him or her. She or he may approved or reject immediately during an interview. Is it true?

NO, 21/12/2010 is the first time we apply. My employer said the date of appeal submission is 12/01/2011. The date appeared on MOM website still remain as 21/12.
