i've been to the fashionguide forum and i'm confused between double eyelid surgery (shuang yan pi) and 'kai yan tou'. what do they mean? are they the same thing or are they not? can someone pls kindly explain to me. thanks

hey gurls, i heard ANGA PLASTIC & COSMETIC SURGERY in JB does good job and it only costs rm1200 approximately sgd530 for double eyelid surgery only. its soo damn cheap! i cant afford to go thai, taiwan or korea so im considering JB. anyone here has heard or done surgery with this clinic? pls let me...
