Your daughter is six, so you could perhaps look into Chatsworth international school that follows the british curriculum. it's not as big as UWC....

Toa Payoh yes, cheaper, Novena, more expensive. Toa Payoh is more HDB type of area and loads of locals, Novena is more trendy.
