I hired that agent to be on the safer side so that I dont miss out anything...

Thanks MadScientist. That I know from various posts here in this forum that election time makes this process really slow and after july 2009 only handful people have got thier LPR approved fast.. Lucky they!! I just wanted to know this letter stating "your matter is receiving attention" is just imme...

My agent told me that it takes maximum of 6 months (though I believe ICA knows it better) after receiving interim letter. but what I wanted to know is... how much chances are there once we got that letter from ICA about matter being receiving attention?

Any one has any idea??

Did you hear something from ICA regarding your LPR after receiving last communication. I also got the similar letter saying my matter is receiving attention after 4months of filing it. Please share the updates if you have any.
