try not to spend too much time in your bedroom except when it's time for bed. because then your mind will switch to sleep mode when you hit the bed.. avoid watching tv or reading in bed.

depending on what time you're going. during peak period, it can take you about 1 hour. 12-2pm. other times it is about 30-45min from Siam Sq area.

hi, i am going to do my nose with dr sukit. my nose just needs a little bridge, so a simple implant work is fine. i would like to know if the shape of my eyes will change if i do d nose job, because my eyes are round and big. i wouldn't want to ruin the shape.

have you tried to do exfoliation? u have to scrub off d dark pigmented layer.
