i was there 2 weeks ago. really good pieces there. I can't really tell the difference between the tourist stuff and the 'real' artsy stuff. but something nice to hang on the wall is all that matters

its a bloody good idea. until you get robbed... that is. its like the wild west. they can smell money off you a mile away.

malaysia is growing as a country, iskandar is a right direction. but its really difficult to manage, the laws are different and inconsistent...

if anyone remembers the recent court rulings against singaporean owners.. they really take delight in being biased towards their own.

no way. to learn mandarin go to beijing. singaporean mandarin is not the same standards as spoken in mainland china.

unless you are willing to hire a mainland chinese tutor...
