Are there any agencies which provide part-time cooks? There are several for cleaning services but i have not come across any agency to provide cooks. Even when i search online, I find lots of ads for people looking for cooks, but no ads by cooks.

I just moved to Singapore. I will receive a check for my 401K from USA. Is there a way to cash that check in Singapore? I just moved last week and haven't had the chance to talk to a banker yet. Any advice would be appreciated.

I forgot to mention, I have already called and left several messages. I have even emailed them several times. I was just wondering what the timeline is because their emails to me initially said four days. Also, I did some research and many people have received approval in 2-3 days.

Take a look at the salary dropdown on the left.

I thought that the 3-5 week period was after the EPEC was approved. I am still on pending status. Is that now 3-5 weeks? According to their site, it should be 4 days before I know if I am approved or not.

So I did the research on tax rates, the numbers still don't add up.

The Robert Walters site lists the PCM at $4-6K per month for someone earning between $100k and $150k. After taxes, one would still earn more per month. So what am I missing?
