Beaujolais on Ann Siang Hill (Chinatown) - landmark wine bar - can be intimate or very busy but still charming and cozy

The Wine Company on Dempsey Road (off Holland Road) - new, quiet and very relaxing

Any recommendations on small boutique hotels or resorts?

Planning a 4 day trip. I've previously done the elephant trek and hill tribe visits so I am looking more for shopping & relaxation. Thanks.
