If you went to IBC, (which is newly rebuilt) then you are probaly talking about Wazou's and Eastlake? They are both still there. I don't know if they had another name. Or a child, in this case. Mydaughter is four and always flies in her carseat. She's 31 pounds and it's recommended for children under 40 pounds. Are these places still around?

When we lived in Singapore 20 years ago :o two favorite places to eat were Chico's and Charlie's in Liat Tower and Farrer stalls on Farrer road, near Queens Road (in an HDB complex). Are either of those places still around?

The AO is not that great of a seat. It's got a lot of issues. I don't know what all is available in Singapore. These ladies know everything about carseats, though.
