When we lived in Singapore 20 years ago two favorite places to eat were Chico's and Charlie's in Liat Tower and Farrer stalls on Farrer road, near Queens Road (in an HDB complex). Are either of those places still around?

The AO is not that great of a seat. It's got a lot of issues. I don't know what all is available in Singapore. These ladies know everything about carseats, though.
