We stay at Alexandra rd near river valley side and would love to meet similar age toddlers for playdates, walks, swim etc. My condo is very small n doesnt have many kids of that age. So, it will be nice to meet ppl living nearby.

You can check Aquaducks, they conduct classes at Tanglin, very close to river valley.
