KSL - while I appreciate your comments all I'm asking for is a trainer - not advice. I'm ok on that front and that's why I pay someone for advice and coaching.

I totally disagree with you KSL. Sure there's times when it's tough and you don't want to keep going but I love sport and exercise. I do a variety of things to keep fit from running to gym to golf to team sports and like all things I want a change of scenery or something new. Why is this any differe...

Personal Trainer Needed

Hi there, I'm looking for a new Personal Trainer as I'm getting a bit bored with my current one. Basically I want someone who knows their stuff inside out and understands how to challenge yet make my workouts enjoyable. Not as easy as it sounds! I loathe those trainers attached to gyms as most of th...

Do yourselves a favour - go to one of the more well known brands of make-up (Clinque, Lancome, Estee Lauder, MAC, Clairns etc) and just ask one of the consultants for a consultation/recommendation. They are paid to do this for a living and they are the masters at matching colours, types and the righ...

Agree totally. It's all fluid you will lose not fat (maybe a bit of fat). I find diets like these great if you have an event (e.g. ball, party where ex-boyfriend will be with new girlfriend, bikini party) that you want to have a super flat stomach for. This combined with exercise will work but only ...

Hi there I live in Bencoolen Street (not Somerset apartments) and the location is OK but it's a bit noisy and very "bustley" ... Close to Orchard and great food courts, facilities around... Just the noise factor is horrible - especially if your apartment face the road. Good luck

Hi Cheeky Beek, I have an agent and I've been living in the flat for 15mths already. She took 2 months deposit PLUS one month in advance.

This is why I'm concerned they will withhold the two months when I move out. I don't intend to break the lease just give notice when my two years is up.

Thanks Kiwi. Actually it wouldn't bother me to be booted out - but maybe will withhold one months rent. Another colleague told me to skip one month's rent during the lease and take ages to pay it back. By the time I give my notice I'll be one month ahead - give my notice and not pay the last month. ...

Withholding my last 2 mths rent - legal implications?

Hi folks. I'm planning on terminating my lease when it expires. I have paid a 2 mth deposit and want to know how easy/hard others have found it to get their deposit back. I'm wondering whether to not pay the last two months rent - she can take it from the deposit and if there's anything I owe her I ...

Hello! Not sure if you are still looking for info but I went through the whole process last July. I'm now the proud mother to a divine little 11mth old boy. It was challenging at times - morally gut wrenching - but at the end of it I'm totally in rapture. No regrets. I can chat to you about my exper...
