Anybody in the Sengkang, Pasir Ris or Tampines area playing indoor volleyball or badminton? I'm interested and can't seem to find anyone playing volleyball here ....

That is completely not true. I am an indian and i was able to enter singapore with just a IPA letter. No issues at all. I dont know if the operative word is "may" need a visa to enter singapore though.

The IPA should act as a single entry visa. Upon arrival you will be granted 30 days visit pass which should give you enough time to go to MOM and get the PEP card issued.

I had to google to find out what kiasuism meant. I think this phenomenon will exist in any country where the resources are scarce. More so in India where the government does nothing for its citizens.

I checked the MBS site and dont see texas hold 'em listed in the table games. About pokerkaki ... i did try to get information but see only tournaments happening all over south east asia ... not singapore in particular. Are they playing MTTs with cash prize pool in singapore?

A masters in business finance would definitely help. But doing one in a good university is time and money consuming. Will have to think long and hard about it. Will look into the e-learning packages available online. Any suggestions on good ones would be appreciated ... Thanks for the wishes again!
