I just got invited to go for the final interview this Wednesday . Can anyone please help me with some enquiries I have ? 1) what will interviewers ask ? 2) why is it stated on the form " advised not to wear long pants/ long dresses or skirts" for final interview? 3) will they be doing any checks on ...

I managed to enter silk air final round and I want to ask if there are any of you out there who could answer a few of my questions.
Firstly what do they do at the final interview?
Secondly why do they advise us not to wear long pants or long dresses?
Please help me here.

Does anyone know if SIA still keep past records of your interview ?
