Fluid Bar is at Far East Square

There is a traditional BBQ going on at the the Fluid Bar tonight with a cover band kicking in at 9pm playing Aussie hits (and misses)....

They are absolutely desparate for UK / Aussie lawyers here - especially if you work in the following areas of practice: Construction, Projects and Project Finance, Banking and Finance. Yes. Agree with the above ... the landlord (or his/her agent) will expect you to bargain somewhat. You need to go low-ball and then re-adjust the rental upwards (but less than the asking price) to appease the landlord. Also, never trust your agent ... they are not really working for you ... they are...
