How easy is it for cabin crew to switch to ground positions like their Generalist position?

I have a degree and am thinking of joining as cabin crew for 2 years then switch to ground job...is that advisable?

Or should i just apply for ground job right from the start?

I think you are going to be very disappointed, airlines favor females as they rarely stay more than a few years thereby reducing the airlines cost in terms of paying a pension upon retirement. i am just wondering what kind of educational qualifications is required to be a flight attendant

does the course one take in uni affect the chances?

and what is the avg 'lifespan' of a male flight attendant?
