if ur money directly hitting UK bank then no need to pay taxes but considering tax benefits, i would suggest looking at receiving money in Singapore.

however, you must get a LOI to work in singapore + you need to register a sole prop

recommend a cycle brand for me

just rented out a place at Lavender/Kallang and intend to do a bit of cycling prolly everyday at the kallang riverside park.

can you guys recommend a good cycle brand available here?

sms is right, you dont get any fresh milk in singapore. Everything is either from malaysia or imported from AUS/NZ like greeenfields etc Magnolia is def not good for kids with those flavours added. with regards to the company stamp, how does this affect sole-props?

me and my wife both PR but currently not in singapore. We will be moving back to SG in march/april. during our short trip in jan, we been to both GIIS (balestier) and DPS campus to checkout the schools. We liked both the schools but confused which one is the best considering my son will be enrolling...

Scientist, you missed the LLP, which is the limited liability partnership where liability is divided amongst the 2 partners. If u have more than 2 partners, you can only register a pte. ltd. HI,
I have been in here for last 6 months and now thinking of applying for a PR. However, i am wondering if this is the right time since its almost end of the year and the PR quota might just be over?

Hi Mate,

I relocated along with my wife in May06 and my company (investment bank) covered all the cost. The upper limit was USD10000.
