Hello....

I'll be in singapore end of month - I am interested in joining a social soccer group. I am a traditionalist - i.e. prefer to play on grass.....

any chance of joining your game? how many players do you get?

I'm happy to commit to come every week or so (unless away).

Thanks....well it seems like its a cherry picking exercise....quite easy yet for an ill-informed foreigner, it could prove to be a mine field.... For example....if the asking price is 3k and I'll make an offer for 2.5k - I may offend the landlord... information is power...unfortunately I really dont...

Hello.....

whats the property rental market like?

are prices generally negotiable? if so to what extent...

say a condo's asking price is 3k - does the landlord expect potential renters to negotiate...if so to what extent?

Does Standrad Chartered bank has a good reputation as employer (wholeale bank, accounting/corporate finance role).

singapore job.....

looks like taxes are low...and alcohol is expensive in Singapore.... I have to say the Australian governmet has it right....alchy is cheap and taxes are high....I guess u need to drink alot of beer to accept such high taxes... anyhow, thanks for response... still wonder if any1 out there knows what ...
