$50 for non-consumer. my rental deposit on hold by LL is S$420 only.

I don't know how did they define. But the officer told me my case should be a dispute not related to sales of goods/services.

Small Claim Tribunal Fight back for my rental deposit!

7 days left before I move out from my current rental room in commonwealth. Just go to the Small Claim Tribunal near China town, prepare for the worst and let myself know at least what should I do if my landlord refuse to refund my rental deposit. it's quite positive that the officer told me even the...

Hi JR8 :( Unfortunately my landlord provided me the receipt for my 1st month rent payment and security deposit only. After that, he never gave me any receipt for rental payment so far. That's why I want to get something to prove our tenancy relation and use it as a written compromise on the refund o...

Hi X9200 Honestly, I have no idea on what's the residence permit. On 9 June, my job agent told me my application for employment pass was approved. On 11 June, I came over to Singapore in Social Visitor Status and move into my current apartment. Please note that I don't have my Employment Pass at tha...

Thanks JR8 I know it's my bad to not requesting to sign a contract with the landlord. It is because I was asked to relocate to spore within just 2 days notice and I was afraid the landlord won't let me to move in if I troubled him with all the paper work. Sorry for one more question, will it be help...

Is Amazon Kindle 3 available in Singapore

Kindle 3 sounds good and cheap when comparing to ipad.
Also, I don't think I need a Tablet as my ebook reader to read my pdf document.

I checked gumtree and craiglist. Most of them charging for S$40-50 on top of the total importing cost.

Any one know any place selling Kindle at better price?
