Forget Haagen Daz (tastes awful and made in New Jersey, BTW) , Ben & Jerrys' (not bad but not as good), Mövenpick (was dissapointed with their ice cream despite their image) - Breyer's is quality stuff without the faux "luxury brand" ...

You could try sim lim square, the building is a place to shop for electronic stuff. One thing I have noticed being a thrifty person, is that the games on the higher floor shops sell cheaper than lower floors. Hope I helped.

You could try the above link recommendation, I went there once and totally enjoyed it as well, the meat was good, the service was good, and the seats were comfortable, total amount spent was only $24 sgd
